Books you can believe in

Readers, in addition to actually reading books, one of my favorite parts of my readers is the opportunity to liven up conversations about the books I have read and the characters I know. My guests today really agree and love the books that stimulate conversation and provoke a strong emotional reaction. They also have a lovely place for fairy tales related to strong women’s relationships. This is not surprising as these two guests maintain a unique and long lasting relationship.

Christine Pride and Jo Piazza have worked together for many years as an editor and writer, and recently they have embarked on a new phase in their book journey, co-writing a brand new publication We are not like them.

Talking to Jo and Christine about the books they loved, we look for titles that they can both read on. Our conversation today is extensive, and I hope that my recommendations at the end of it all will continue to lead to great conversations between the two. I can’t wait for you to listen.
